I weave linen and cotton materials with a four-shaft loom. It is possible to choose from available threads in the workshop. I use both industry-dyed threads, but also home-dyed threads. The textiles may be thicker or thiner. This is dependent mainly upon the weft of the fabric, which I weave onto the given warp. It is also dependent ono the thickness of the threads.
I also spin thread. I have racka sheep wool available, which is better for stronger materials or larger lace. For customers who wish to order thread from any other material, the raw material may be to be imported to the workshop.
I make attires out of self-woven fabric as well as any other, preferably natural fabric. I have practice in historical, traditional, festive and casual attire making. I prefer simple-cut patterns, as the archaic man also respected fabric and incorporated every part of it with the idea that the attire may be expanded and contracted to fit the wearer at all times. I prefer to sew in the notion of slow fashion.
I demonstrate weaving, sewing and spinning at events and festivals. I am a member at the Martin Luther Evangelical Church's weaving workshop in Tótkomlós. There I am an active member as a graduated weaver and in this way I strive to aid and answer questions of the other members. Not far from the community workshop there is a manual Jacquard weaving workshop that is a rarity in all of Europe. I have maintain a positive relationship with this workshop as well and it is possible to incorporate a tour here with the event of longer workshops.
In the case of need I am available to demonstrate and teach in other places as well.
